Springs Strong
A class for building muscle mass and bone density with extra attention to core strength and posture awareness. The class will use the resistance of the springboard for upper body strength exercises combined with ankle weights, rubberized resistance and the vibration board for lower body and standing balance. Limited to 3 people
Mondays 10:30-11:30
6 classes:  May 4, 11, 18,  June 8, 16, 22

Springs Pilates
Pilates is about strengthening the core muscles and this class will use the Springboard to help you learn how to fully use the deep abdominal and back muscles for strength and stability while learning to lift the spine and improve posture. Limited to 3 people
Tuesdays 10:30-11:30, 
6 classes:  May 5, 12, 19, 26,  June 2 and 9

Strength Training for Women’s Health
This workout is aimed at developing muscle mass, bone strength, and improving balance skills. The TRX, free weights, rubber resistance, bodyweight and the vibration board will all to used to achieve maximal results. Limited to 3 people
Wednesdays 10:30-11:30
6 classes: May 6, 13, 20, 27,  June 3 and 10

Foot Fitness and Yamuna Body Rolling
This class will start with the foundation of the body, the feet. We will then turn our attention to opening and releasing the hips, shoulders, chest and neck, freeing each area to relax, destress, and move with more comfort and ease.  Limited to 5 people
Fridays 10:30-11:30
6 classes: May 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5 and 12

One Class per Week $210 ($35 each)
Two Classes per Week $360 ($30 each)
